Brand — your logo and colors
What this screen is for. The one place your brand lives: your logo and your four colors. They paint your public booking site and every report, PDF, and client portal your clients see. How to get there. Marketing → My Website → Brand. What every button does Upload logo. Tap it, pick your logo file from your computer or phone, and it saves right away — no Save button needed. It prints on every report you send and shows on your website; a PNG with a see-through background looks best. Once one's saved the button reads Replace, and Remove takes it off. Ready-made palettes — four one-tap looks, each named over its tone: Patriot (red/navy) · Pacific NW (green/forest) · Desert (orange/charcoal) · Slate (blue/graphite). Tap one and it applies and saves instantly — your whole site recolors; fine-tune below if you like. The palette you're on wears a check. Your colors — the four that matter, each with a picker and a plain hint: Main color (buttons, links, key accents) · Main color, pressed (the shade a button turns while tapped) · Accent (highlights, chips, focus outlines) · Header bar (the dark band across the top). Custom… reveals exact hex codes for the brand-guide crowd; they're hidden otherwise. How it looks — a live mini-site painted from your picks: the header bar with your name, a "Book inspection" button, its hover shade, an accent chip, and a link. It repaints as you choose. Save colors — colors wait for this button (unlike the logo); "Unsaved changes" reminds you, and "Saved — your colors are live." confirms. Common questions "How do I put my logo on my website?" Tap Upload logo, pick the file, and it saves right away. You'll see it on your site after a refresh — and on every report from now on. "What's the fastest way to a good-looking site?" Tap a ready-made palette. One tap, saved, done. "Our brochures use exact brand colors — can I match them?" Yes — Custom… → type the hex codes → Save colors. "Do these colors change my reports too?" Yes. This is the one place your brand colors live — site, reports, PDFs, and the client portal all follow. "Why does the logo save instantly but colors need Save?" The logo's already uploaded the moment you pick it; colors are cheap to play with, so they wait until you commit. Good to know There is exactly one logo, and this is its home — the Media page just points here. A failed color save keeps your picks on screen: "Your picks are still here — try again."
