Inspection Reviews — verified reviews on autopilot

What this screen is for. Reviews from your real inspections, collected automatically after every report and shown on your website. Every review is tied to a completed inspection, so we can prove the job really happened — and your reputation score counts verified reviews only. How to get there. Sidebar → Marketing → Inspection Reviews. Two panels: Review requests on top, your Reviews below. What every button does Review requests: Your reputation — the average to one decimal, the stars, and the per-star breakdown, built from verified reviews only. The public site and the badge show the same number. Send a review request — pick a delivered inspection → Send request. (Delivery already sends one automatically — look for the auto row before sending by hand; asking again says "Already invited — here's the link below.") Each request's row — the honest trail: Queued until the email truly went, then Sent → Opened → Reviewed with dates. Copy link hands you the public review link; Resend sends a fresh 60-day link; an Expired invite says so and offers Send a fresh link — never a silent "sent!" that sends nothing. Reviews: The Google review link card — paste your Google "write a review" link and we offer it to happy clients right after they review you. (The Website Studio's Links sheet edits the same link.) Each review card — the stars, the words, and "— Sarah M." (the reviewer's own chosen name), with a verified badge where it's earned. Post to X — appears on a verified review once your X account is connected (Marketing → Social); it shares the review for real and the card notes where it's been posted. Auto-posting a review to Google or Facebook is not live yet — only X posts today — and one plain line says so, with no dead buttons. (That's a different thing from the Google review-link card above, which offers your Google page to happy clients and works today.) Hide from website / Show — a hidden review leaves your public site, your badge, and your average, all together. Have another website? Get the badge code — a live badge image plus the embed code to paste anywhere else you have a web presence. Common questions "How do I get more reviews?" Deliver reports — the invite goes out on its own. The hand-send is for older jobs or a nudge. "What makes a review 'verified'?" The invite link is tied to a real, completed inspection — so the review provably comes from an actual client. "Can I get the review onto Google too?" Set your Google review link — after a client reviews you here, the thank-you screen offers your Google page in one tap. "A client says they never got the invite." The row tells the truth — Queued, Sent, Opened. Resend sends a fresh link; an expired one offers a fresh link explicitly. "Can I remove a bad review?" You can Hide it from your website — and your average drops it too, honestly, in both directions. Good to know Say it the sanctioned way: every review is tied to a completed inspection, so we can prove the job really happened. (Not "reviews can't be faked" — a hidden review still shaped what survives, and honesty sells better.) The buyer's side — the review page and the Google hand-off — is covered in the portal's reviews doc.
