Services & prices — your price sheet
What this screen is for. Your price sheet — what you sell and what you charge. This is what your booking page offers and what your invoices bill: one home for the whole catalog, and one tap to change any of it. How to get there. Sidebar → Business → Services & prices. What every button does Start with the standard price sheet — a brand-new firm never faces a blank form: one tap seeds the services most inspectors sell, priced and timed. Change any of it in a minute; it's yours. Each service tile — the name, "$500 · 3 hr" (a blank price honestly reads "Call for pricing"), an Add-on badge where it applies, and "Also bookable alone" or "Only with X" where that's true. Tap the tile to edit. On the tile's footer: On my website — the off switch. Off, the service leaves your booking page and wears an "Off" badge. There is no delete — disable only, so old invoices never lose their words. The arrows — your sheet's order, which is your booking page's order. Add a service — the dashed tile: an inspection you sell, or an add-on like radon or a sewer scope. The edit sheet — everything shows on your booking page the moment you save: What you call it · What the client reads ("write it the way you'd say it standing in a driveway") · Your price (empty = call for pricing) · How long it takes — the calendar books exactly this · How it's booked — one choice: A full inspection · An add-on (with "Goes with: Any inspection / Only with X") · Both — an add-on, and people can book it by itself · The client signs an agreement for this · Advanced › holds "Runs as," the checklist the job uses — picked from the name; change it only if it guessed wrong. "Waiting on you" — appears only when a client has asked to add a service to their booked job. Each request shows who, what, their note, and exactly what accepting does (the money on the invoice, the minutes on the appointment). Accept — add it to the job, or Decline with a reason — "Give them a reason — the client sees this." Common questions "How do I change a price?" Tap the service → Your price → Save. Your booking page follows instantly. "How do I add radon testing?" Add a service → name it → An add-on (or Both if people may book it alone) → price and minutes → Save. "How do I take a service off my site without losing it?" The On my website switch. It keeps its words and history; it just stops being offered. "Why does the calendar block three hours for this?" Because the service says so — "How long it takes" is exactly what the calendar books. "A client asked to add a sewer scope after booking — where?" The Waiting on you panel, right here. Nothing happens until you say yes. "Where do buyers see all this?" Your booking page and your site's Services page — the "See it" link opens yours live. Good to know Turning off your only full inspection empties your booking page — the site says "services are being set up" rather than inventing anything. The Website Studio's Content page shows this sheet read-only — the editing is all here.
