What happens January 1? If you started paying by December 31, nothing changes. New sign-ups pay $99.99. InterNACHI members who start paying by January 31 lock in $49.99. After that, members get 6 months at $49.99.

I'm on the free trial. Do I still get $59.99? Yes, if you start paying by December 31. Your price is set by your first payment, not by the day you signed up.

Can I practice first? Yes. Do one free practice inspection on your own home. It never counts.

What counts as an inspection? An inspection counts the first time its report is signed off or sent. Practice, trial and cancelled inspections don't count, and sending a report again doesn't count twice.
