Pricing — what HomeRecon costs

What this screen is for. It shows what HomeRecon costs today, with nothing hidden. It has the monthly price and the date it changes, what you would pay in a busy month, paying for a year, the InterNACHI member price, extra inspectors, pause, money back, the practice inspection and the free trial. Every inspector gets every feature. How to get there. Pricing in the site menu, or Pricing in the footer. The home page also has a short pricing card at #pricing. The page follows the date. The price changes at midnight Hawaii time on two days, and an open page changes by itself at that moment. You never need to reload it. What every button does The page starts with Simple, honest pricing. and one navy price box, like the top of the home page. The price box — it says "Every feature included", then the monthly price for a new inspector today: Until December 31, 2026: $59.99 a month, with $99.99 crossed out. The same box says: "On January 1 the price goes to $99.99 if you have not started paying by then." Start paying by December 31 and you keep $59.99 as long as you stay. From January 1, 2027: $99.99 a month. Nothing is crossed out. InterNACHI members: $49.99/mo sits beside the price and opens the InterNACHI page. Two short lines: 5 inspections are included each month, then $7 each, and an extra inspector is $49.99 a month. Your first 3 inspections are free, with no card. Pause any time. 30-day money back. The countdown — until December 31 it says how many days are left to lock in $59.99. On the last day it says it ends at midnight Hawaii time. Start my 3 free inspections — opens signup. No card. Everything you get — the same 24 feature tiles as the home page, a word or two each: Website, Booking, Payments, Invoices, Agreements, CRM, Reports, Ask List, Budget Genie, Offline, Reviews, Teams, Ask the report, Code references, Expenses, Mileage, Social posts, Blog, Newsletter, Texts, Spanish, Templates, Client portal and 360° photos. Above them: "Every feature, in one app. The report drafts itself." What you'd pay in a month — a small table. It shows the month's total at 5, 10 and 13 inspections, for a new inspector and for an InterNACHI member. It counts the $7 for each inspection after 5. Extra inspectors share the same 5. Four short cards, each an icon, a title and a line or two: Pay yearly, save 20% — the yearly price for a new inspector today, and the member's yearly price until January 31. Extra inspections are still billed each month. InterNACHI members pay less — the member line, which follows the date. Until January 31, 2027 it says $49.99 a month if you start paying by January 31. From February 1 it says your first 6 months are $49.99 a month, then $99.99. See the InterNACHI offer opens the InterNACHI page. Extra inspectors — $49.99 a month each. They share your 5 included inspections. On a yearly plan a seat is $479.90 a year (the page does not show this; the Subscription page does). Pause or get your money back — you pay $0 while paused, and a pause of up to 3 months keeps your price. Full refund in your first 30 days. Money questions — tap a question to see its answer. Short answers about pause, going past 5, what happens on the next price day, practice, and what counts as an inspection. Until December 31 it also answers "I'm on the free trial. It shows only once we publish a sales number. Common questions "Does 'start by December 31' mean sign up by then?" No. It means start paying by then. Your price is set by your first payment. If you are still on the free trial on January 1, you pay the new price when you start. "What if I do more than 5 in a month?" Each inspection after 5 is $7. Extra inspectors share the same 5. Once you pay, your Overview page shows a counter like "4 of 5 this billing month". The month starts on your billing date, the day of the month you first paid. "What counts as an inspection?" An inspection counts the first time its report is signed off or sent. Practice, trial and cancelled inspections don't count. Sending a report again doesn't count twice. "Can I practice first?" Yes. Do one free practice inspection on your own home. It never counts. "Can I pause?" Yes. You pay nothing while paused. A pause of up to 3 months keeps your price. A longer pause loses it. We keep your data for a year. "What if I pay and change my mind?" You get back everything you paid in your first 30 days: the plan, any extra inspectors, and any $7 charges. One claim per person, ever. To claim it, contact support. There is no refund button in the app. "Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?" No. Card payments cost the payment processor's own rate, and we never add to it. Good to know Every price on the page comes from one file in the product. The signup page and the app read the same file, so the price you read here is the price you are charged. After January 1 the page never shows $59.99, so nobody reads it as an old price. Search engines and link previews get the same words, worked out for the moment they visit. The iPhone and Android apps show no prices. You manage your plan on the web.
