InterNACHI members — the member price page

What this screen is for. It tells an InterNACHI member what they pay and how to get the member price. It is our lowest price. The page changes by itself on two dates, at midnight Hawaii time, so it always says what is true today. How to get there. Go to homerecon.ai/internachi. The footer has an InterNACHI members link, and the pricing page links here too. What every button does The price at the top. What it says depends on the date: Until December 31, 2026: $49.99 a month. That's $10 less than everyone else. Add your member ID and start paying by January 31, and you keep this price as long as you stay. January 1 to 31, 2027: the same $49.99 a month, now $50 less than everyone else. The same January 31 deadline. From February 1, 2027: $49.99 a month for your first 6 months, then $99.99 a month. The member price is for monthly plans only. The countdown under the price shows how many days are left for members to lock in $49.99. It goes away after January 31. Start my 3 free inspections. Opens signup with the I'm an InterNACHI member box already ticked. You type your member ID there. The same button sits near the bottom of the page. How it works. Four steps: Start free. Your first 3 inspections are free. No card. Add your member ID. Tick the member box when you sign up and type your ID. Missed it? Add it on your Subscription page in the app. Until January 31, add it by January 31. From February 1, add it within 6 months of your first payment. It's approved right away. Your member ID is approved when you add it. There is no wait. Your member price starts. It starts with your first payment. Added after your first payment? It starts at your next bill. Until January 31: add your ID before you pay for a year. From February 1: the member price lasts until 6 months after your first payment, and it is for monthly plans only. What's in the price. 5 inspections each month, then $7 each. An extra inspector is $49.99 a month. Until January 31, members can also pay once a year: $479.90 a year (20% off). Extra inspections are still billed each month. Add your member ID before you pay for a year. Common questions "What does a member ID look like?" It starts with NACHI and has numbers, like NACHI12345678. You can type just the numbers. Spaces and dashes are fine; we clean them up. "Do I pay $49.99 on day one?" Yes, if you add your member ID before your first payment. An ID in the right format is approved at once. If you add it after your first payment, the member price starts at your next bill. "Can I pay for a year?" Yes, until January 31. Add your member ID first. If you pay for a year before you add it, you pay the normal yearly price, and your next bill is a year away. From February 1 the member price is for monthly plans only. "I signed up with Google or Apple. Where do I add my ID?" On your Subscription page in the app. Only the account owner can add it. From February 1, add it within 6 months of your first payment. "I signed up in January but started paying in February." The date that matters is when you start paying. Members who start paying after January 31 get the first 6 months at $49.99, then $99.99. "Can two accounts use the same member ID?" No. One member ID, one account. If yours is already in use, contact support. Good to know HomeRecon is a separate company. It is not part of InterNACHI. We ask for member IDs only to give members the member price. We may still look an ID up later, and a fake one loses its approval. Every price on this page comes from one source file in the product. The signup page and checkout read the same file. The page reads the date when it opens and again at each midnight in Hawaii, so a tab left open still shows the right price.
