homerecon.ai — the front door

What this screen is for. The public HomeRecon website — where an inspector first meets the product, reads what it does, checks the price, and starts their free trial. This doc covers the site's chrome (menu, footer, themes) and the home page itself. How to get there. homerecon.ai in any browser. What every button does The bar on top The announcement bar — "Your first 2 inspections are on us — full product, no card. Start free →". Dismissible with the ✕ (it stays dismissed on that device), and it never shows on the signup page itself. The menu — Pricing · Learn · Docs · Download · Testimonials · About · For Agents · Contact. On a phone they live behind the hamburger. Log in — goes to the inspector dashboard's sign-in (the same door routes owners, inspectors, office staff, and the platform admin to the right place). Start free — the green button, and the destination of every call-to-action on the site: the signup page, where the free trial starts. The sun/moon button — light or dark, your choice per device (inside the phone menu it sits under "Appearance"). The home page, top to bottom The hero (with a real recording of the app in a phone frame), a proof strip, the "look at the house" band, the inspector-math band, a real delivered report on video, How it works (Walk & talk → The AI writes it → You sign, they pay), the features grid, the honest stack-math comparison (no competitor named — the bills are named instead), three field cards (the Report Lock, no-signal capture, clients ask the report), the Ask List band, "Your data is yours", switching & import, two founder testimonials, the founders, the "you sign it" trust band, a demo panel, Pricing (its own doc), and the FAQ. Every path ends at Start free. The footer The brand line, a Start free — no card needed → link, three link columns (Product · Company · Legal), and the identity block: the flag with "Veteran owned · Proudly made in the USA", "© HomeRecon AI LLC — all rights reserved.", the mailing address (30 N Gould St #66559, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801), and [email protected] as a tap-to-write link. Common questions "Where do I sign in?" Log in, top right — it opens the dashboard's sign-in page. The marketing site itself has no accounts. "Where's the price?" The Pricing menu item jumps to the pricing section of the home page — one plan, everything on one card. "Is there a demo?" The home page plays real recordings of the live app — the hero phone and the report video — and the demo panel points at the sample report. The real demo is the trial: two actual inspections, free. "Who is behind this?" The footer names the company (HomeRecon AI LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming) and the About page introduces the family that built it — inspectors first, software second. "How do I reach a person?" Contact in the menu, or [email protected] straight from the footer. Good to know The whole site reads honestly on purpose: the comparison table names bills, not brands; the card-payments line says what it depends on ("activate your Stripe payouts account"); and the Genie is never described as reviewed by the inspector. A web address that doesn't exist shows a banner and the home page — never a dead end. The site is the same app that will host the docs — no separate hosting, same deploy.
